Before YouTube, I worked as a Software Engineer for 15 years, having held the title of Staff, Principal, & Engineering Lead.
One of my favorite parts of working in Software Development was mentoring, teaching and supporting other Engineers, and has undoubtably been the one activity that has received the highest praise throughout my career, from both the people I've mentored, and from leadership at the places I've worked.
